To tackle the reality of unemployment and an industry-wide shortage of skilled bartenders, Bacardi launched Shake Your Future in 2018. This world-class bartender training program offers participants teams with the skills necessary for future success—in bartending and beyond. Since launch, 10 markets have participated, including France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, India and Bermuda. By nurturing talent and fostering a supportive environment, Shake Your Future continues to transform lives, bolster communities, and forge a path forward for the future of hospitality.

The Bacardi Build Your Future program supports community members looking for work.  In partnership with local charities, Bacardi delivers impactful employability training focused on career purpose, resume writing, job search including navigating online job boards and interview preparation. These sessions allow our employees to share their valuable career insight, and experience, with people who are looking for support in their career journey.
