Meet Albert

In 2023, Albert was promoted to CFO and is responsible for overseeing global finances for the company. He has a tenacity and passion for transforming the role of finance from a transactional service to a commercial, strategic partner focused on driving value. Albert is often referred to as the co-pilot of business leaders as he helps them plan, forecast, and deliver on profitable growth. His journey with Bacardi has taken him across the globe, having served as CFO for the regions of North America, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean. He began his Bacardi career in 2010 in his home country of Spain as CFO for Spain and Portugal.

Before joining Bacardi, Albert spent more than 10 years at Sara Lee in finance roles in Spain and Greece.

He is fluent in Spanish and Catalan, a father of two, and an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Following Bacardi moves around the world, including Barcelona, Miami, Geneva and Panama, Albert now calls Bermuda home.
